All online orders to a UK mainland address are delivered by DHL at a cost of £7.95.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the dispatch of your order during off-peak periods and 2-3+ weeks during busy periods. We always aim to dispatch orders before our estimated timeframe where we can.
Delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays.
Following the completion of your order, you will receive a dispatch email and your order will be sent using our next day courier service.
Some school uniform orders are eligible for collection from school at a cost of £1. Please note, not all schools are eligible for this option, participating schools will be shown at checkout.
We also offer a free in-store collection service.
The delivery charge for offline orders placed through our sales department is dependent on the weight, size and delivery location of your order and will be quoted upon enquiry.
Please note, we always aim to meet our delivery timeframes however the timeframes are not guaranteed, and delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. During busy periods some items may take longer to be dispatched due to high volume of orders and stock levels, should there be any delays we will contact you.
Orders are accepted on the understanding that we are not held responsible for delays beyond our control. If your order includes more than one item, your order may be sent to you in instalments should there be any stock delays.
Please note, delivery timescale may vary if items require garment decoration.
We must be notified of any shortages, faulty items or production errors within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please refer to our T&Cs for further information.
If in the event you wish to make a return or exchange, please return your item with 14 days of receiving your order, keeping in line with our 14-day returns policy.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in its original condition, suitable for re-sale. It must be unworn, unwashed and not altered in anyway. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with its tags still attached. Items which have been personalised cannot be returned/exchanged and are not covered under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Please return the item to the below address. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of faulty goods. We recommend you use a reliable tracked and signed for service and retain your proof of postage to ensure the safe return of your item.
Please include a note of your order number, full name and the reason for your return/exchange in your returns package. For exchanges, please specify the new item.
If you wish to exchange for an item of a higher value, we will contact you to clear the additional funds before the new item is sent.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected your return. Returns must be authorised by Motif8 and are accepted at our discretion depending on if they meet the returns criteria. We reserve the right to charge a re-packaging fee if the returned item does not meet the returns criteria.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, please allow 3-5 working days from your return being accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for the cost of the initial delivery unless your item is faulty, damaged or otherwise agreed.
Items in our clearance section are non-refundable. Returns for these items will not be accepted and the buyer is liable for any re-packaging and postage costs to return the item to the recipient.
Returns/exchanges may also be made in store, your original payment receipt is required.
